Sim Cards in Lombok
You can purchase a SIM card directly at Lombok International Airport (LOP) in the arrival area.
Kiosks there offer convenient, immediate activation and registration for tourists. Telkomsel is the most popular, reliable provider, with cards typically costing between $1 to $3 USD.
Location:
The arrival area / arrivals hall. There is a Telkomsel shop and other kiosks available immediately after immigration.
Requirements:
You must bring your passport for registration.
Alternatives:
You can ask your transport driver to stop at a local shop, or purchase an eSIM online beforehand for immediate connectivity.
Setup:
Airport staff will assist with activation and registration. Do not leave the counter until your internet is working.

Henna Artist
We're pleased to have a dedicated henna artist at the hotel on April 5 & 6 during select time slots. If you'd like to enjoy beautifully applied, traditional henna ahead of the celebrations, please browse the availability below and book a time that suits you.
Please note: all henna appointments must be paid for directly by the guest, and payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.
Please ensure that all bookings are paid for prior to your arrival. Failure to complete payment may result in delays with your start time.
● For simple to moderate henna, please book 1 slot per person.
● For more intricate and full henna, please book 2 slots per person.
